DescriptionThe Project Manager will lead assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. This individual will operate with significant autonomy, managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and field coordination.Responsibilities include:Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projectsLead subcontractor procurement and relationship managementOversee project schedules, budgets, monthly cost tracking, and reportingCoordinate closely with field teams and project engineersMaintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersHandle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and financial documentationEnsure project completion meets quality standards, timelines, and profitability goals ProfileYou are a seasoned Project Manager who can immediately step in, lead projects, and operate with confidence and autonomy.
