Description
- Managing multiple construction projects from planning through completion
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Monitoring progress, mitigating risk, and resolving issues proactively
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality expectations
- Supporting preconstruction activities, including estimating, planning, and procurement where required
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management
- The ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience delivering projects through the full construction lifecycle
