Construction Project ManagerPlan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to align with project requirements and company standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor on-site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Resolve any challenges or delays that arise during the construction process. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
