The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of tenant improvement and retail construction projects xc2xa0focusing mainly in airport environments. This role manages planning, design coordination, permitting, construction execution, capital expenditure and turnover, ensuring we deliver world class projects safely, on time, on budget and to the expected quality standards of some of the most demanding landlords in travel retail.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead multiple airport construction projects (retail, F&B, specialty) from concept through closeout nt
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and critical path milestones nt
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and airport stakeholders nt
• Oversee on-site construction activities including quality, safety, and progress tracking nt
• Ensure timely project turnover and readiness for operations n

Preconstruction & Planning

• Support design development, scope definition, and constructability reviews nt
• Prepare and track project budgets, estimates, and value engineering initiatives nt
• Coordinate bid packages, contractor selection, and contract execution nt
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements n

Airport Compliance & Permitting

• Manage all airport authority approvals, permits, and TI submissions nt
• Ensure adherence to airport design standards, badging, safety, and operational constraints nt
• Coordinate inspections, life safety reviews, and final approvals for occupancy nt
• Maintain required documentation for Notice to Proceed and project closeout n

Financial & Contract Management

• Track budgets, change orders, contingencies, and cost reporting nt
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and vendor payments nt
• Lead cost control efforts, forecasting, and variance analysis nt
• Support value engineering and cost optimization strategies n

• Act as primary point of contact between internal teams, airport authorities, and vendors nt

• Identify risks related to permitting, schedule, cost, and logistics nt

• 5xe2x80x9310+ years of construction project management experience, with airport or retail /TI experience preferred nt
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management nt
• Experience working in regulated environments ( airports, hospitals, or similar ) nt
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office n
