Highly visible Project Manager role focused on complex interior renovations and ground-up projects in active environments. You'll lead work across Class A office, MOB, healthcare, and higher education projects, typically $2M+ across Atlanta's core submarkets. This is a growth-oriented group with a strong backlog, repeat clients, and a leadership team that promotes from within.

Established Atlanta-based GC with ~100 employees and a long track record in commercial interiors, MOB, and higher education. Known for fast growth, strong culture, and consistent repeat business. Leadership is hands-on and invested in developing PMs into senior leaders.

Description

    • Manage projects from precon through closeout (budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution)
    • Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycle
    • Coordinate with superintendents and subs to drive schedule, quality, and safety
    • Oversee change management, cost control, and reporting
    • Handle projects in occupied/active environments with minimal disruption
    • Ensure successful delivery of specialized scopes (labs, imaging rooms, lobby renovations)

Profile

    • Experience managing $2M+ commercial projects (interiors, healthcare, or higher ed preferred)
    • Background in Class A office, MOB, or technically complex spaces
    • Comfortable leading projects in active/occupied buildings
    • Strong ownership mindset with ability to run multiple projects concurrently
    • Solid communication skills with both field teams and clients
