Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionOversee all phases of municipal construction projects, from planning through project closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with municipalities, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Lead project meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders. Review and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications. Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. Strong tenures individual with no more then 3 companies within tenure. Strong understanding of public-sector regulations and permitting processes. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
