Description
Experienced construction project management professional to support the development and execution of Mission Critical and Datacenter projects. The Mission Critical Construction Project Manager supports the Engineer Procure Construct EPC Project Manager or Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion.
The Mission Critical Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction project safety quality schedule cost control contracts subcontractors suppliers proposals estimates documentation turnover client relations management field staff and other duties required to execute EPC Construction Management Construction and Program Management projects.
This position will be based in the Northeast and will require close coordination with the national Mission Critical business. Up to 50 travel may be required as needed to support projects in multiple locations throughout the country. A background in multiple aspects of Commercial Industrial Aviation or other areas of construction are welcome however a demonstrated track record of successful Datacenter and/or other Mission Critical specific experience is required.
