A bit about us:

We’re working with a commercial general contractor that’s built a strong presence across the East Valley, with a pipeline of industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mid-size commercial projects concentrated in Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa.

They’re bringing on a Project Manager to run $15M–$60M projects and are open to someone stepping into a PM II / Sr PM level over the next couple years.

The group does a mix of ground-up and large-scale renovations, with a client base tied to manufacturing users, tech-related facilities, and regional developers expanding across the 101/202 corridors.

The role sits within a 20-minute drive of most East Valley submarkets, and the majority of projects are kept in that area.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Full lifecycle PM responsibilities from buyout through closeout
  • Client and subcontractor management
  • Budget, schedule, and cost control ownership
  • Coordination with field teams and leadership

What they’re typically looking for:
  • 4–8 years of experience with a commercial GC
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, or mid-size commercial projects
  • Exposure to projects in the $10M–$75M range
