Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and change management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain seamless project communication.
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using industry‑standard tools.
  • Prepare, review, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Drive timely project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover documents, and client satisfaction follow‑up.

Profile

  • 5-15 years of commercial construction management experience, ideally with GC/CM firms.
  • Proven background running projects between $2M-$30M (or comparable scale).
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, trade coordination, and project financials.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • A detail‑driven mindset, proactive problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
