Description Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and change management.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain seamless project communication.Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using industry‑standard tools.Prepare, review, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and financial forecasts.Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Oversee project safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Drive timely project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover documents, and client satisfaction follow‑up. Profile 5-15 years of commercial construction management experience, ideally with GC/CM firms.Proven background running projects between $2M-$30M (or comparable scale).Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, trade coordination, and project financials.Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).A detail‑driven mindset, proactive problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
