A successful candidate will possess the following:
· A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
· Direct experience in preferred fields
· Previous experience running projects up to $10 million
· A desire to do things right the first time
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
· Understanding of shop drawings
· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
· Public Works experience required
Salary Range: $100-130K
