Construction Project Manager Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, DOE. Location: We are seeking candidates that will support South Carolina. About the Opportunity: The Construction Project Manager position provides managerial oversight to various construction projects, or a series of construction projects, for Skilled Nursing Facilities. Additional responsibilities include Facility Assets Management by aiding the local Maintenance Director of each Skilled Nursing Facility for various facility management related projects. This position is responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. Oversees, directs, and manages the general contractors and contracted consultants responsible for developing project scope, budget, and schedule, to establish operational priorities for each Skilled Nursing Facility.
