$120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Full Medical (paid for) + Benefits
A well-established specialist subcontractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end interior construction projects across the Tri-State area.
This firm delivers complex carpentry and drywall packages on projects spanning commercial offices, retail, healthcare, and institutional sectors, working with some of the region's leading general contractors.
You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously
Coordinating with GCs, architects, consultants, and field teams
Overseeing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
Handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Driving projects through to successful closeout
5+ years' experience in construction project management
Strong background in carpentry, drywall, or interior trades
Experience working for a specialty subcontractor preferred
Proven track record delivering commercial interior projects
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-facing
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
