Job Details

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience managing automotive dealership projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders and client communication
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, subcontractors and vendors
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders
  • Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals and requests for information
  • Track project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget
  • Ensure work is completed safely, accurately and in line with project expectations

Qualifications

  • Prior Project Manager experience in commercial construction
  • Automotive dealership construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing ground up construction, tenant improvements or commercial remodels
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination and project documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and project teams
  • Local or regional construction experience in Southern California preferred
