ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, and overseeing projects from start to completion while ensuring timelines and objectives are met. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive project success and maintain alignment with scope and financial goals. The Project Manager also tracks performance, manages risks, and ensures clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary range $105,000-$115,000 a year. Based on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and changes as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize potential issues and disruptions
- Ensure proper resource allocation and availability across projects
- Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Forecast budgets, monitor financial performance, and address variances
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and project success
- Adapt to project changes and shifting priorities as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- 2+ years of project management experience or construction site supervision experience
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data, perform calculations, and reconcile discrepancies
- Proficiency with computers, project tools, and standard software applications
- Ability to clearly document and communicate project information
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address risks
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required based on operational needs.
- Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required while in the plant and field.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate active plant and field environments as needed.
- Must be able to climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely move through industrial work areas.
- May be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, and other standard industrial hazards.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration.
