A successful candidate will possess the following:
· Must have 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
· Experience with projects in commercial, public works, residential
· Experience working with CMR would be preferred
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million
Salary Range: $85-120K
