Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex advanced technology construction projects from pursuit and preconstruction through construction, financial management, safety, quality, and closeout.

Job Description
Lead large, complex projects or multiple small to mid-sized projects from pursuit through closeout
Manage estimating, preconstruction, procurement, project financials, schedule, safety, quality, and closeout
Lead project pursuits, including proposal support, schedules, cost estimates, and bid strategy
Provide leadership on design-build, design-assist, GMP, and other alternative delivery methods
Plan and manage the bid process to ensure subcontractor coverage, pricing accuracy, and risk control
Develop conceptual estimates, detailed estimates, GMP estimates, internal budgets, and cost forecasts
Oversee subcontractor buyout, selection, contract negotiation, and subcontract execution
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, billing, budgeting, financial reporting, and closeout
Review contract terms, resolve subcontractor issues, and manage project risk
Coordinate permits, inspections, testing, and procurement to avoid schedule impacts
Lead OAC meetings and maintain communication with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams
Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to plan site activities and resolve field issues
Supervise, train, and develop project staff
Promote jobsite safety and ensure project safety practices are followed

Qualifications
10+ years of progressive commercial construction project management experience
Strong background in advanced technology, technical commercial, manufacturing, mission critical, or similarly complex construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience leading large, complex projects or multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, cost forecasting, and project financial management
Experience with design-build, design-assist, GMP, and alternative delivery methods
Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules
Strong knowledge of subcontractor buyout, contract terms, risk management, change management, and client communication
Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and construction management software
OSHA 10, LEED AP, DBIA, or similar industry certifications preferred
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills
Proven track record delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget
