Job Title: Construction Project Manager 5
Location: Atlanta , GA
Salary Range: $85/hr to $100/hr on W2
Introduction
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale data center construction projects from design coordination through turnover and warranty support. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, stakeholder management, and technical coordination across various teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
- 8 years of experience in construction project controls, including schedule management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and contract administration.
- 8 years of experience in stakeholder management and technical coordination across design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience.
- Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative.
- Knowledge of commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness processes.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead meetings with landlords, general contractors, design teams, and operations stakeholders.
- Review construction progress, schedule, budget, safety, and quality metrics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate procurement and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site walks and provide executive-level updates to leadership.
