A Project Coordinator:
1. Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, collaborate with Project Manager s (PM s) staff
2. Facilitate meetings when PM unable to attend,
3. Communicate to core project staff the directives of PM, in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Schedule, SMEs, etc., inputs,
4. Coordinate site access (escorted and unescorted),
5. Perform scheduling for PM/SMEs, and execute requisite tasks under PM s direction or on PM s behalf
6. Capture action items, status action item list regularly, and follow-up on behalf of PM as directed
7. Collaborate closely with PM to ensure the effective management and coordination of AVR, Relay, and MG projects.
8. Support outage and on-line reporting of project/construction/project status
9. Maintain project risk registers and budget

Knowledge of: engineering principles for civil, mechanical, electrical and structural projects; Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera and Microsoft Project and be proficient in using these products. Skill in: developing, implementing and managing new construction and/or improvement projects that enhance the overall reliability, efficiency and safety of the facility. Must have good planning, organization and project-management skills; strong team-building and customer-relations skills; strong verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal, facilitation and presentation Ability to: manage multiple projects covering a large geographic area with multiple locations; proficiently understand and apply engineering principles for project completion; communicate effectively orally and in writing; contribute to a positive work environment; be courteous to co-workers and customers; follow directions from supervisors; and refrain from abusive or profane language and behavior in the workplace.

Bachelors degree required, construction management, mechanical or civil engineering preferred.
Minimum ten years experience in project engineering, construction project management and/or construction cost estimating.
