Now Hiring: Construction Project Coordinator | Edina, MN

We're partnering with a well-established Twin Cities commercial construction company to find a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction administration experience who enjoys supporting multiple projects and working closely with project managers, subcontractors, field teams, and clients.

Position Highlights

• $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary
• Long term position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 100% onsite in Edina, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for commercial construction projects
• Support multiple Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle
• Assist with project startup, documentation, and project closeout
• Prepare subcontract agreements and project-related documentation
• Process permits and track approvals
• Manage Certificates of Insurance, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance
• Prepare AIA pay applications and support project billing activities
• Coordinate documentation with accounting, subcontractors, architects, owners, and field staff
• Maintain organized project files and help ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of AIA billing, permits, contracts, lien waivers, and insurance requirements
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
