Job TitleJob Description Required Education • High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred certification • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Required Experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing project coordination or project support in a professional environment. • Experience assisting project managers with administrative and operational project activities. • Experience maintaining project documentation and supporting cross-functional teams. • Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Preferred Experience • Experience supporting large capital, construction, or infrastructure projects. • Experience coordinating multiple project workstreams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports. • Experience monitoring project costs, schedules, resources, and performance metrics using project tracking tools. • Experience identifying project risks, supporting change management activities, and maintaining document control throughout the project lifecycle. • Experience working with large cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling project documentation. • Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative project teams. Preferred Skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and enterprise project management tools. • Ability to create reports, dashboards, charts, and graphical presentations. • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource tracking. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of document management, version control, and records retention practices. • Ability to communicate complex project information clearly to leadership and stakeholders. • Knowledge of project governance, compliance requirements, and project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Support pre-construction and construction planning activities by coordinating action items and monitoring project progress. • Serve as a resource for project management systems, assisting with user support, data integrity, system access, and training. • Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary project teams to support successful project execution. • Assist project managers by monitoring project milestones, deliverables, schedules, and budget performance. • Provide timely project status updates and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders. • Recommend and implement project management processes that improve efficiency and adapt to changing business priorities. • Develop and maintain project documentation, document libraries, and controlled records throughout the project lifecycle. • Analyze project data, identify potential risks or issues, and prepare actionable reports for management review. • Create presentations and supporting materials for executive reviews, project approvals, and governance meetings. • Manage assigned project activities independently while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and information security requirements. • Coordinate document distribution, construction records, drawings, and change documentation while maintaining proper version control and access management.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
