  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans across multiple projects.
  • Ensure compliance with California Building Code, Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements for all applicable projects.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and project performance updates to client leadership.
  • Support the development of strategic capital plans, feasibility studies, and project prioritization frameworks.
  • Lead project teams in identifying and mitigating risk across program portfolios.
  • Manage consultant and contractor selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Implement standardized procedures, project controls, and reporting structures to ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Promote strong communication and collaboration among project teams, hospital departments, and regulatory agencies.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the program.
