Safework’s Healthcare Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple healthcare construction and renovation projects under a unified capital improvement program across one or more facilities or healthcare systems in California. This role provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with HCAI (formerly OSHPD) regulations and healthcare standards. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, the Program Manager develops program-level strategies, aligns resources, and manages stakeholder relationships to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency, patient experience, and long-term facility value.
