Food Facilities Specialist with expertise in operational efficiency, material handling studies, and food safety best practices. Responsibilities include defining project requirements, developing layouts, estimating costs, preparing subcontractor scopes, securing pricing, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and networking within the industry.
Qualifications: BSE in IE, ME, EE, ET, or related fields; 3+ years in construction planning for food/beverage or pharma facilities; 1+ years in technical sales preferred. Experience with process design, utility needs, general contracting, and project estimation required. Familiarity with Revit, AutoCad, MS Project, and MS Office desirable. Projects nationwide; home office with travel (~3 nights/month).
Salary: $120-125K, bonus $10-180K, health/dental (50%), life/disability, 401K match, car allowance, gas card, travel expenses, vacation.
