• Experience: 2-5 years in the field.
• Heavy Lifter: Ability to handle 100+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Equipment Pro: Expertise with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders.
• Safety Mindset: A commitment to following safety manuals and looking out for your crew.
