This full-time, 1st shift supervisory role involves leading earthwork and concrete crews of 5-15 employees on industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, enforcing safety rules, maintaining site cleanliness, assisting the superintendent with documentation, and resolving on-site issues.
Requirements include at least 2 years of supervisory experience, extensive knowledge of form carpentry, concrete finishing, or equipment operation, ability to interpret construction plans, and OSHA 10-hour certification. Flexibility to travel up to 100% and experience with web-based apps like Procore are preferred.
