CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CONSTRUCTION SERVICE LINE OHIO POSITION SUMMARY Spicer Group is seeking an experienced construction leader to serve as our Ohio Construction Manager. This hands-on role leads the delivery of municipal, utility, and transportation infrastructure construction projects and provides day-to-day leadership for our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) team across the state. The Construction Manager is responsible for managing project execution from pre-construction planning through closeout; coordinating staffing, scheduling, and field oversight; and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, ODOT/municipal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, supports QA/QC and documentation, and contributes to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and strengthening relationships throughout Ohio.
