Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Manager with proven experience as a General Contractor to oversee the construction of luxury residential properties from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knows how to keep a site running efficiently, on time, and on budget—without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations for multiple residential construction projects
Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and building standards
Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and change orders
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations
Communicate with clients, architects, and project team to keep everyone aligned
Troubleshoot issues and maintain timelines to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Contractor or Construction Manager in residential new construction (luxury homes preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and project documentation
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience
