Description

* Manage budgeting, procurement, schedules, and contracts for high-end structures.
* Oversee coordination between design teams, field leadership, and ownership groups.
* Drive quality and ensure adherence to concrete and steel performance requirements.
* Lead documentation, forecasting, and risk control across the project lifecycle.
* Partner with superintendents to keep milestones on or ahead of schedule.

Profile

* Experience managing high-end residential, multifamily, or commercial builds.
* Strong background with concrete and steel projects.
* Able to lead budgeting, procurement, and schedule control.
* Excellent coordination skills with field teams and design partners.
* Local to Orlando preferred; relocations considered.

Job Offer

Salary: $140K-$170K (role-aligned).
