QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in Construction Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering on Solar PV, BESS
- Training: OSHA 30 required; NCCER, PMP, or relevant certification preferred
SKILLS
Required: Microsoft Office, MS Project, P6, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Preferred: SAP, Procore, BIM 360, or similar EPC digital tools
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Valid US Driver's License
- Available and capable to travel
- Ability to temporarily relocate to project sites as needed

Job Description
KEY DETAILS
Start: As soon as possible
- Rate budgeted at $140K; flexible for the right candidate
- Candidates must be able to work at a project site in Alamogordo, NM. Selected individual will start in the Houston office then go to site
- Company truck (work-related purposes only) provided when working on-site in Alamogordo, NM
- U.S. work experience required
- Utility-scale solar experience required
- Hands-on construction leader with 5+ years of experience, preferably with an electrical background
