We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of civil infrastructure and public works projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, cost management, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, the ability to drive project performance, and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end ownership of construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and project progress
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial performance of assigned projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Lead communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding project status, risks, and milestones
  • Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and field issues in a proactive and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and delivery practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on public agency or infrastructure projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Construction Management certifications (CCM, CACM,CMIT)
  • Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools
  • Experience leading large-scale or complex infrastructure programs

Additional Details:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): Approximately $140,000 - $150,000
  • Role includes a combination of office and field-based responsibilities
