Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction/Project Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing construction activities at an industrial job site. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering documentation and provide feedback on project packages
• Develop and implement project safety plans while ensuring compliance with safety standards in the field
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction crews, while tracking and reporting on project progress
• Monitor and control project costs to maintain budget alignment
• Prepare labor and material estimates, complete material takeoffs, and manage requisitions

Required Skills

• Construction project management experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience managing change orders and handling RFIs (Requests for Information)
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience in industrial construction environments
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project
• Familiarity with construction documentation and processes
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and lean manufacturing concepts
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification
• Strong construction scheduling and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with project scheduling, cost tracking, and job cost management
• Prior industrial construction experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
