Foster strong communication between field and office operations.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a senior point of contact for owners, developers, architects, and general contractors. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, particularly in high-expectation luxury environments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and subcontractors.Financial & Business ManagementDrive profitability by managing job costs, labor productivity, and procurement strategies. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance reporting. Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on bid strategy and project feasibility. Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational improvement.Safety & ComplianceChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA and local regulations. Implement and monitor safety programs and jobsite practices. Proven leadership experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Strong expertise in concrete, masonry, framing, and structural systems including rebar and tie downs. Demonstrated success in luxury residential and/or commercial construction environments. Deep understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and project management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skill. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Preferred). Familiarity with Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
