Manage the full construction lifecycle of high‑end custom homes across the DC Metro area, owning schedule, budget, quality and client experience. This is a highly autonomous, field‑focused role where you run your own projects and make real decisions every day.

Description
The Construction Manager (Residential Super) will be responsible for:
- Managing the construction of custom and semi‑custom homes across Northern Virginia and Maryland
- Coordinating and scheduling all trade partners to ensure quality workmanship and on‑time delivery
- Owning project budgets, schedules and day‑to‑day site operations
- Leading pre‑drywall and pre‑settlement client walkthroughs
- Educating homeowners on warranty and performance standards
- Managing post‑completion service and warranty items
- Attending weekly team meetings
- Running 2-4 active homes at a time depending on complexity and location
Profile
A successful Construction Manager (Residential Super) should have:
- 3+ years' experience in residential construction or homebuilding
- Experience managing projects independently in the field
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple sites
- Confident communication with clients, trades and internal teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think several steps ahead
- Experience using construction software (Buildertrend preferred)
