Manage the full construction lifecycle of high‑end custom homes across the DC Metro area, owning schedule, budget, quality and client experience. This is a highly autonomous, field‑focused role where you run your own projects and make real decisions every day.

Description

The Construction Manager (Residential Super) will be responsible for:

• Managing the construction of custom and semi‑custom homes across Northern Virginia and Maryland
• Coordinating and scheduling all trade partners to ensure quality workmanship and on‑time delivery
• Owning project budgets, schedules and day‑to‑day site operations
• Leading pre‑drywall and pre‑settlement client walkthroughs
• Educating homeowners on warranty and performance standards
• Managing post‑completion service and warranty items
• Attending weekly team meetings
• Running 2-4 active homes at a time depending on complexity and location

Profile

A successful Construction Manager (Residential Super) should have:

• 3+ years' experience in residential construction or homebuilding
• Experience managing projects independently in the field
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple sites
• Confident communication with clients, trades and internal teams
• Proactive mindset with the ability to think several steps ahead
• Experience using construction software (Buildertrend preferred)
