Job Title:  Construction Manager 4
Location:  Phoenix, AZ 
Salary Range:  $60/hr to  $80/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role will be pivotal in managing critical infrastructure delivery and acting as the central driver that keeps everything moving.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong technical background in data center, fiber, or networking infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams (engineering, ops, EHS, security, vendors) and drive execution.
  • Focus on risk, safety, and quality, ensuring builds meet standards and are production-ready.
  • Strong organization and program management skills, handling schedules, BOMs, reports, and action tracking.
  • Experience in construction or project delivery, working with GCs, vendors, and managing milestones, documentation, and handoff requirements.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
