Construction Litigation Associate

The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate.Qualifications5–7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experienceExperience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motionsFamiliarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrationsFamiliarity with the construction industry preferredSuperior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamIndiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensureCompensationThe salary range for this role is $195,000 to $210,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
