Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Construction Laborer to support daily job site operations. This role requires a “jack of all trades” mindset, with the ability to assist across multiple phases of construction while working closely with the Project Manager. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable using a variety of tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with general construction tasks including demolition, site prep, framing, and finishing work
•Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely and efficiently
•Support the Project Manager with job-related tasks, including material handling, site organization, and task coordination
•Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
•Follow instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team
•Assist skilled trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) as needed
•Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting on-site issues
Qualifications:
•Previous construction or general labor experience
•Ability to use common hand and power tools
•Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
•Ability to take direction and adapt to changing job site needs
•Basic understanding of construction processes and safety practices
•Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
•Comfortable working in various weather conditions
•Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
Preferred (but not required):
•Experience in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
•OSHA certification or familiarity with job site safety standards
