We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer for a temporary 2-3 month assignment on an active jobsite in Raymore, MO. This is a part-time general labor role, typically two days per week, with potential for additional days at a nearby project. Standard construction hours apply with room for extra time as needed.

Key Responsibilities – Construction Laborer
- Perform general labor tasks including site prep, cleanup, and material handling
- Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and supplies around the jobsite
- Support skilled trades and crew members as directed by the foreman
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
- Assist with basic construction tasks as assigned
Qualifications – Construction Laborer
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, not required
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation to the Raymore, MO jobsite
Preferred Qualifications – General Laborer / Construction Helper
- Familiarity with common hand and power tools
- Experience on active commercial or residential jobsites
- OSHA 10 awareness (inferred – confirm if required)
Physical Requirements – Construction Laborer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (inferred – confirm actual weight)
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for the full shift
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Daytime shift, approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, two or more days per week
