TradeWorX is hiring Construction Laborers and General Labor candidates for current and upcoming work in the Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Glen Burnie, and surrounding areas. Pay & Overtime:
$16.00–$22.00/hour based on assignment, experience, skill level, and location. Overtime may be available based on project needs.
Schedule:
Current and upcoming opportunities may include Monday–Friday schedules, day shift work, overtime, and project-based assignments.
Job Duties:
- Assist trades with material handling, staging, cleanup, and jobsite support
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials safely
- Support demolition, site preparation, concrete, carpentry, or general construction tasks
- Follow directions from foremen, leads, and skilled trades
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area
Requirements:
- Construction labor, warehouse, landscaping, concrete, demolition, or hands-on work experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and work safely throughout the day
- PPE preferred
- Ability to work in the Harrisburg-area territory
