Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary Range: $95/hr to $100/hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Integration Manager. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- Experience with project management (2-3 years).
- Experience in telecommunications (2-3 years).
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry is preferred.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with project management (2-3 years).
- Experience in telecommunications (2-3 years).
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and P6 software.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
