Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting internal stakeholders, lease providers, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3
Location: Atlanta, GA 
Pay Range:$65.62 - $70.69 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Communicate with lease providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Review project documentation, financials, and RFIs to support construction project delivery.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to identify and resolve production issues.
• Monitor product standards, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, quality records, and personnel documentation.

✅What’s Needed?

• 5–7 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Experience with Bluebeam, MS Projects, Excel, and Procore.
• Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
