Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Construction Installer to join a growing team in Broken Arrow, OK. This hands-on role focuses on installing granite and stone countertops in residential and commercial settings while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of granite installation or installer/helper experience REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of construction tools and power tools
Valid driver s license REQUIRED
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy stone materials safely
Willingness to stay late when jobs require completion
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install granite, quartz, and stone countertops in residential and commercial locations
Safely use hand tools and power tools throughout installation projects
Assist with transporting, positioning, lifting, and securing countertop materials
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and customers onsite
Ensure accurate installations and high-quality finished workmanship
Follow all installation procedures, safety standards, and company expectations
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional throughout the installation process
Work extended hours as needed to complete installations properly
Work Environment
Residential and commercial construction / installation environments
Frequent lifting and movement of heavy stone countertop materials
Exposure to tools, dust, construction conditions, and active job sites
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, standing, repetitive movement, and teamwork
