Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman, Lead, Supervisor, or Crew Leader
• Demonstrated leadership over employees and subcontractors
• Ability to interpret construction documents and shop drawings
• Knowledge across construction, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial ops
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability for overtime as needed
