Job Details

We are seeking a hands-on Construction Executive Project Manager to oversee both new construction and ongoing maintenance/improvement projects across residential and commercial properties.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once while staying close to the field and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneously
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Write scopes of work for bidding and contract documentation
  • Negotiate pricing, schedules, and terms with subcontractors and vendors
  • Conduct site inspections for quality, compliance, and completeness
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and expenditures
  • Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and purchase/work orders
  • Maintain detailed project documentation (photos, contracts, change orders, reports)
  • Coordinate after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed
  • Ensure strong client and customer satisfaction across all projects

What you need:
  • 5+ years of construction management experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
