Estimator
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and civil construction projects. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing. Prepare bid proposals, scopes, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align estimates with operational plans. Maintain current cost data, production rates, and vendor relationships. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction. Strong proficiency in estimating software and quantity takeoff tools. Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and industry pricing. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines. Strong communicator who can work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Must be local or within a commutable distance to Statesboro, GA.
