Experience working with insurance claims adjustments
Develop scopes of repair based upon site inspections, plans, documentary evidence, and photos
Develop cost estimates using estimating software and bids from subcontractors
May assist with writing Defect Reports and Cost of Repair Reports for use in construction litigation
Experience with construction methods and practices
Technologically savvy and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Construction project management or superintendent experience is a plus
