What You'll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties after damage occurs
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and scopes of work
- Build relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners
- Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with Project Managers to keep projects moving efficiently
- Negotiate estimates and maintain accurate project documentation
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years Estimating experience in restoration or construction preferred
- Xactimate experience is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Clean background check, motor vehicle record and valid driver's license
