About the Role:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates
• Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor costs
• Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track and manage project cost data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
