Construction Equipment Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment mechanic to join the growing team at our West Chester, PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our shop mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair.

Paid ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

Job Overview:

• Diagnose, Repair, Service, Inspect, and Maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Best Line has paid on-line and factory training benefits as well.

Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
• Ideal applicant would possess a mixed skill set that includes (not limited to): welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, and combustion.
• Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Estimated annual compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)
