Position Overview



As Parts Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department while supporting both our service team and customers. This role is responsible for inventory management, parts ordering, vendor relationships, billing accuracy, and maintaining efficient department operations.


 


We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-oriented, and able to lead by example.
 


Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ordering processes
  • Support service technicians with timely parts availability
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Assist customers with parts needs and equipment support
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and documentation
  • Monitor department performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to support company goals 

Qualifications


  • Previous parts management or heavy equipment parts experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory systems and ordering processes
  • Leadership mentality with strong customer service skills
  • Mechanical or equipment knowledge is a plus
