Responsibilities:
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools and equipment
- Build and set forms for foundations, walls, driveways, and slabs
- Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and concrete saws
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects
- Maintain and service tools and equipment
- Adhere to on-site safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete finishing, form setting, and/or equipment operation (10+ years)
- Proficiency with construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Veterans and Reservists are a plus!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $32 - $40/hour based on experience
